1. How to create an account?

You can click on account button on top right of the page and click on sign up button, then quickly, enter you email address and password. Once the submit button is pressed, an activation email will be sent to your entered email. You need to open the email sent to you and click on activate link. Then you will be redirected back to blueballoon. Now you can open you panel. In order to completely activate your profile, you need to enter your details in you profile information page.

2. Can I use the site content and copy or download it?

You can use all content from public sources (such as Wikipedia) and copy or download them. The use of content related to Blue Balloon and users must be done with the permission and mention of the source.

3. What steps do I need to take to be on the list of services and tour leaders?

All you have to do is go to your profile after registering, in the My Information section, complete your information. Then the forms related to the tour leader or the photographer or interpreter will be provided to you in the service section. After confirmation, name and profile and other information related to your specialty will be included in the site search list.

4. Is it possible to use the social media and Blue Balloon Messenger without registering on the site?

No. In order to create posts in the timeline, or view other users' posts, or chat with others on the site, you must be a member of the site.
