Xing The temple of Tian Gong is one of the busiest functioning temples in Taipei. Devotees come to worship Guan, a general of war who is deified as the god of war after his death. During the time of the Three Kingdoms, Guan lived from 162 to 219 AD and was a prominent general. The temple is believed to bring good luck, and the road outside is lined by scores of fortune tellers.
