Description

The ancient Old Town of Poland is a UNESCO world heritage site. During WWII, the riverfront area was destroyed by Nazi forces, but has since been rebuilt. The remains of the medieval Barbican and City Walls and the Grave of the Unknown Soldier are among the highlights. Highlights such as the Warsaw Cathedral and the Royal Castle take over the labyrinth of cobblestone streets across the Old Town.
