Description

Frank Gehry was responsible for building the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The 2,265-seat concert room is host to the Master Chorale and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Acts vary from the Gospel Choir of Soweto to the composer Philip Glass and the Suicide Cab for Cutie indie rockers. The walls and ceiling of the interior are lined with Douglas fir and the floor with oak.
