One of the focal points of the city's main market square is Krakows Town Hall Tower. The 70-meter tall tower, built at the end of the 13th century, began leaning after massively heavy winds in 1703. The tower is the only surviving part of the entire old city of Krakow. It is completely secure for guests and also has an observation platform, accessed by a narrow staircase, on its upper level.
