Nature, River
The Thames is England's longest river and the United Kingdom's second longest. In the Cotswolds, it runs from the west, passing through Oxford before London, and stopping at Southend-on-Sea in Essex. The river is tidal as far as Teddington on the western outskirts of London. Once London's commerce and connectivity lifeline, it's still busy with vessels.
