Description

The newest synagogue in the Jewish Town area is the Spanish Synagogue in Prague. It was modeled in a neo-Moorish style by Vojtch Igntz Ullmann, influenced by art from the Arabic era of Spanish history. Daily services, permanent and temporary exhibits, classical concerts and a number of other programs and activities are held by the synagogue. It is built on the 12th-century Altschul site.
