Description

The history of 30,000 Jewish refugees during WWII is housed in the Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum. One of the only two synagogues built in Shanghai in 1927 was the Ohel Moshe Synagogue. There are three parts of the museum: the synagogue, a permanent exhibition hall and a rotating exhibition hall. The synagogue is no longer in full use, but the synagogue can be seen by visitors and learn about its turbulent past.
