In the basement of the Pearl TV Tower is the Shanghai History Museum. Over 30,000 cultural relics and artifacts covering 100 years of modern Shanghai history are on display in the museum.Wax dioramas depict street scenes from the past of Shanghai and scale models of some of the most emblematic buildings in the city.
