Description

King Juan Carlos I opened the Sabatini Gardens of Madrid's Royal Oriente Palace to the public in 1978. Named in honor of Francesco Sab atini, the famous Italian architect of the 18th century, the gardens feature a labyrinth of sculpted hedges. During the Los Veranos de la Villa festival, the gardens and Casa de Campo park host a series of open-air music concerts.
