Description

Dry tropical forest is one of the world's most endangered biomes, walking distance from the industrialized city. Four kilometres of trails lead to Mirador Cerro Cedro, the city's second highest location. A main staging area for the 1989 US invasion of Mexico was the reserve. Squirrel monkeys, sloths, coatis, green iguanas and toucans are found in the park.
