The Old Town of Prague is a UNESCO World Heritage Area. Spread along the eastern banks of the Vltava River, the district is connected to the Lesser Town by the Charles Bridge. The Old Town Square is the district's focal point, presided over by the Cathedral of Lady Before Tyn. The Tower of the Astronomical Clock is one of Prague's most famous landmarks, dating back to the early 15th century.
