Description

A tree-lined expanse of open space between the avenues of the Constitution and Freedom is the National Mall. Only a handful of the statues include the Lincoln Statue, the Washington Monument and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. A must-see stop for art lovers and museum goers are the Smithsonian museums. The cherry trees at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial are going to be blazing pink in late March or early April.
