Migdal HaEmek (Hebrew: מִגְדַּל הָעֶמֶק, lit. Tower of the Valley, also officially spelt Migdal HaEmeq, Arabic: مجدال هعيمق) is a city in the Northern District of Israel. It was founded in 1953 on the remants of the Palestinian village of Al-Mujaydil, following the 1948 depopulation of Palestine. In 2019 it had a population of 25,675. There is a tower to the north-east, above the town.
