Description

The first and largest koala sanctuary in Australia is the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. The sanctuary was opened in 1927, and started as a refuge for just two koalas. The sanctuary is dedicated to the conservation, particularly of the koala, of all native Australian animals. Get the opportunity to keep a koala and even pose with one for a snap! There are no personal cameras allowed, so you will need to buy a professional photograph.
