In Dhaka, Bangladesh, Lalbagh Fort is a beautiful reminder of the Mughal Empire. Established in 1677, because the accidental death of the daughter of the founder was considered poor luck, the fort was never actually finished. The museum is full of items that date back to the period when the kingdom was at its height. Among the fort's grounds are the magnificent Quilla Mosque and the Pari Bibi Mausoleum.
