
Cultural-Historical, Monument
This monument to the soldiers who served in the Korean War (1950-1953) was dedicated in 1995 and stands next to the Lincoln Memorial in West Potomac Park. This representation of a walled triangle intersecting a circle, created by sculptors Louis Nelson and Frank Gaylord, is constructed from over 100 tons of granite.
