Cultural-Historical, Religious
The Hungarian architects, the Lffler brothers, built the Kazinczy Street Synagogue in 1913 in a splendid Secessionist style. Destroyed after World War II in 1944, the synagogue has emerged from its ashes phoenix-like. The interior is once again a riot of colour, with stained glass by master-craftsman Miksa Rth in exquisite floral patterns.
