Cultural-Historical, Religious
One of the world's main Catholic pilgrimage sites is Jasna Gora Monastery. Located in Czstochowa, Poland, the monastery is home to CzStochowa's renowned Black Madonna. Every day, on average, 14,000 individuals visit the temple to see the Black Madonna. Several miracles are associated with the painting, including the salvation of the monastery after a Swedish invasion in the 17th century.
