Description

The James Hall Museum of Transport in Johannesburg is devoted to all things transportation. It's a museum of equipment that powered the people of South Africa for more than a century, from ox carts to early motorcycles to modern day cars and trains. In the North Hall, home to motorcars from before and after the South African War, most self-guided tours commence. This field contains the oldest vehicle in the museum, a green Edwardian Clement-Panhard car ( 1900).
