Description

The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory lies on the Halemaumau Crater's scorched rim. Be mindful of the volcano releasing noxious vog, which will make it impossible to breathe. Take a rest at the Jaggar Museum, where you can see old images of the rumbling of Kilauea. Since 1983, the latest eruption has been going unabated and is starting to rise in severity.
