Description

A beautiful reminder of the Joseon Dynasty is Gyeongbokgung. Originally designed in the 14th century, the main gate is the only thing that separates one of the busiest areas of the city from the once royal quarters. There are a variety of buildings in the grounds of the palace that you can not see much of on your first tour, including the Throne Hall and Executive Office.
