Cultural-Historical, Religious
According to history, Charlemagne found the graves of Felix and Regula, the patron saints of the cities, and ordered the building of a church on the spot. Construction of Grossmunster started in 1100 and was completed in 1220. In 1932, new stained glass windows were added to the building, and in 1935 and 1950, bronze doors were added.
