Description

The Palace of Drottningholm is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is known to be the most well-preserved Swedish castle of the 17th century. The palace, influenced by the French and Dutch designs, was originally designed for Queen Eleonora in the late 16th century. The palace was restored over the years by successive royal tenants and is known for its Rococo interiors.
