Dole Plantation is located in a traditional plantation home as a living museum. Over the fruit fields, ride the Pineapple Express train. Get lost among the Hawaiian plants in the biggest maze in the world. At the Plantation Grille, take a garden tour of the hibiscus, bromeliads and other tropical flowers. James Dole created the Dole pineapple empire more than a century ago.
